Coffey Park Home Blueprints If your Condiotti-built, Coffey Park home was damaged or destroyed in the fire, please contact Draftech at 1544 Terrace Way, Santa Rosa. Someone has provided the blueprints for that group of homes, which will make it easier for you to rebuild or submit to insurance. Draftech (707) 578-9442

Ron Feige from Condiotti developed many of the homes lost in Coffey Park. Condiotti will make the plans and all documents available to owners. They have the pen and paper drawings and are working with Draftech to digitize them. Ron Feige 707-874-3584

Avila Enterprises/Architects has the drawings and documents for the Windrose subdivisions. All residents need to do is obtain the job number, which is on the site plan for each address, and Avila will make all documents available at no charge. Avila’s phone number is 1-707-795-4511

Free Crisis Counseling Hotline 1-800-985-5990 The Disaster Distress Helpline is a national hotline dedicated to providing immediate crisis counseling for people who are experiencing emotional distress related to any natural or human-caused disaster. 

CHI Recovery Based in Sebastopol, CHI Recovery has partnered with the Red Cross to provide Professional Mental Health Services for those affected by the fires. Contact  Info@chirecovery.com

Crisis Worker Hotline Text 741741 if you are feeling anxiety or depression.  A crisis worker will text you back immediately and will continue to text with you.
